1. Manage the whole process of project implementation; 2. Responsible for project team building and project guidance; 3. conduct construction schedule for the whole project
Safety Officer
1. Be responsible for the safety management of the construction site; 2. Carry out safety inspection on the construction every day, make records and report regularly; 3. Master the construction progress, study and solve the unsafety and potential dangers in construction, and propose improvement suggestions and measures.
Construction workers
1. Allocate construction workers of all disciplines of the project; 2. Be responsible for the construction progress and cost of each subdivisional project on site; 3. Project quality acceptance and material control.
Procurement Department
1. Cooperate with the site to check all materials; 2. Cooperate with the on-site purchase of required materials, equipment, appliances and other production materials; 3. Follow up the arrival cycle of purchased materials.
